Ordering & Delivery:
Once order has been placed you will receive an email within 2 business days from OC Hot Tubs containing the Buyer Delivery Instructions. This must be completed and emailed back to the supplier within 48 hours of receipt to process your order.
Once OC Hot Tubs receives the completed form and all requirements are met, your OC Hot Tub will be placed into production. Delivery will be scheduled 2-6 weeks from order date. If there is anything that does not meet their requirements a representative will contact you.
